We had such an informative, extensive, and engaging multi-chateaux wine tour with Benoit! He is a wealth of knowledge, having many years experience as a wine master. He explained the regional differences, soil variances, wine certifications and much more! He showed us differences in the types of vines, cultivation methods, and how you can identify the grapes and vines by the leaves. He is very personable and truly loves what he does! Wine tour inoubliable !!! Notre guide Benoît nous a tout appris sur le vignoble bordelais (cépages, appellations, étapes de vinification). De plus, il connaissait les propriétaires des domaines qu'on a visités, ce qui nous a permis d'en apprendre plus sur leur histoire.

We enjoyed our tour with Benoit. He was very knowledgable about wine production and about the industry, and was extremely personable. His english, while not perfect, was up to the task of answering our questions and helping us understand what we were seeing and tasting. The tour was exceptional ! Benoit is extremely knowledgeable and knows the best wineries. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We’ve done several tours in other regions (Tuscany, Napa, Burgundy, etc.) and this was definitely the best one where I learned the most.
We had the most amazing experience with Monsieur Benoit, he was so kind and knowledgeable. He also arranged everything for us, the tastings and lunch. He was very patient and made sure we took our time everywhere we went. We enjoyed our time so much we kept running late to our next wineries. Monsieur Benoit was on top of it and would call our next reservations right away and let them know. Unbelievable attention and care. Such an amazing and sweet man! Could not have asked for anyone better. Will definitely be coming back to Bordeaux and will be touring around with no one other than Monsieur Benoit himself !!
An excellent experience. Benoit is not only pleasant, he has exceptional knowledge of the region and in wine production. Travel was first class comfortable, with the tour featuring onsite visits and wine tastings, a walkabout through Saint-Emilion, and tour of the region. Benoit's knowledge of the region, its history, winery ownership, wine production and its challenges, etc., was so extensive I felt like I had completed a university course. I would say excellent value for the 12 hour day, and very much worth while so as to properly experience and understand the region, especially if it's your first trip. In short, a highlight of our trip!

Nous avons en famille réalisé une visite d un château prestigieux Château Margaux suivi d un repas excellent puis d une visite d un autre château pour mieux comprendre la fabrication du vin. We had two full day tours with Bentoît. First day was to Medoc region and second day in the Saint Emillion region.We couldn’t be happier with everything. Benoît was very informative. If you ask him a question he will give you a detailed answer. Benoît has been working in the wine industry for a very long time so to have him as your guide is very helpful!He is also very polite, funny and has a great personality. We highly recommend Bordeaux optimum!
Benoit collected us from the Airport to take us to Ludon-Medoc as a pre-arranged transfer. He was very smart, professional and friendly and it felt like such a luxurious way to start our trip to Bordeaux. The car was large and very comfortable.
